2. The key points in brief
- We use no analytics or advertising services (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins).
- Fonts and all content are served from our own web space – visiting the site does not transfer any data to Google or other third parties.
- We store only one small setting in your browser: the language you chose.
- We only receive personal data if you write to us, call us, use the contact form, book an appointment, request a package by email or sign up for notifications about new live demos.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When a page is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the site securely and reliably and to fend off attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is automatically deleted or anonymised after a short time. We have a data processing agreement with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Stored language setting
If you switch between DE, EN and ES at the top, we store your choice in a small cookie ("lang") for 12 months so that you see the right language on your next visit. The cookie only contains the language code and is not analysed. It is necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it in your browser at any time.
5. Contact form "Request a free process analysis"
When you submit the form, we process your details: area or industry, selected topics, name, company, email address and – if provided – phone number. The details are sent to us by email and are not stored on the web server. We use them solely to answer your request and to prepare a possible offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). If no collaboration results, we delete the request after 12 months at the latest; if an order results, the statutory retention periods apply.
6. Online appointment booking
If you book an introductory call via our “Book an appointment” page, we process your details: the chosen time, name, company, email address, type of call, phone number (for a phone call) and – if provided – number of employees and topic. The booking is stored on our web server at IONOS so that the time is not booked twice, and both you and we receive an email with a calendar entry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). No external booking service is used. You can cancel the appointment at any time via the link in the confirmation. If no collaboration results, we delete the booking data no later than 12 months after the appointment.
7. Contact by email or phone
If you write to us or call, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is also hosted by IONOS. Deletion follows point 5.
8. Downloads (documents and packages for IT)
You can download the PDF overviews and try the demos without providing any data.
Package with code: If you enter the code from a LinkedIn message, we only log the time and the package – no personal data.
Package by email link: Here we process your email address, company name, number of employees, language and whether you would like to receive news. We send you a personal link (valid for 7 days) and receive a notification ourselves. The details are stored in a protected list on our web space. The legal basis is providing the requested package (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We only send news if you ticked the optional box and then clicked the confirmation email (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, see section 8); you can withdraw this at any time. Without consent, we delete the details after 12 months.
9. Notifications about new live demos
On the live demo pages you can ask to be notified by email when a new demo is published. For this we process your email address, the selected language and the page on which you signed up. After you submit the form we send you a confirmation email (double opt-in); until you click the link in it, we store nothing. Only when you click „Confirm“ there do we store the address and the time of confirmation in a protected list on our web space, so that we can prove your consent, and receive a short notification email ourselves. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every notification contains an unsubscribe link; after unsubscribing you will receive no further emails. We keep the record of subscription and unsubscription for up to three years (legitimate interest in proof, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The same applies if you tick the box for news when downloading a package; the details of the package request itself are stored as described in section 7.
10. Encryption
The website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS), indicated by the lock symbol in the address bar.
11. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. A short email to kontakt@innovectus.de is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
12. No automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions and do not create profiles of visitors to this website.
